Healthy Eating Challenge
CES is challenging students to eat healthy.
When they have a healthy meal, take a picture and email the picture to
kimberley.schneider@westwind.ab.ca
There will be 3 draws from those entries. The winners of the challenge will receive a container of dimes for the CES Dime Contest.
(Which goes to the playground fund.)
The deadline for the contest is Friday, March 22nd.
Attached is the new Canada Food Guide for your reference of healthy eating.
